THE NEED.
Those who have an interest in church growth, leadership and renewal ministries know that it is often difficult to find the right resources. So marry churches and Christians cannot find relevant resources that will help to grow to their full potential. Through the Growth Leader project, you can gain access to integrated resources that will meet this need. The growth leader course offers you printed materials for leaders, Christians and churches. The growth leader project is for volunteers who will take the principles of growth to all Christians all over Africa .

WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED.
The leader project was designed primarily to help our past students (Overseers, Pastors and Church Leaders) and regular conference attendees to communicate church growth and general growth principles to their churches and wider body of Christ. Applicants should have prove of being our past student (AICG) and regular participant of our conferences Independent and denominational pastors are welcome. Interested church leaders with proving track record will be considered on individual basis.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
The growth leader project equips you to successfully lead seminars through the discovery and application of growth principle you may also become a distributor of supporting church growth resource.

TRAINING INSTRUCTION.
One week classroom instructions are require for full-certificate as a growth leader. It will prepare you to lead various kinds of seminars. This training will be done twice in a year.

FIELD EXPERIENCE.
A growth leader is required to observe and learn the seminars he/she intend to lead prior to certification. Once the seminars have been observe he/she can begin to conduct the seminars. You are required to conduct at least three seminars in year.

WHAT ARE THE COST.
Application form is N500: 00. Tuition fees is N2,500. 00 for each week of classroom training. This fee includes tuition and materials in the formal training a growth leader kit is also included.

MONITORING:
A certified growth leader cannot conduct seminars in subjects that are in compatible with our over-all objective. Our seminars are in stipulated area our focus will be on a particular subject or issue at a time. There will be a monitoring group to observe every seminar conducted by every group leader. Seminars by growth leader must be scheduled before hand and itinerary submitted and. approve by the supervising authority. This growth leader is required to teach at least 200 people in a year. He must filed his report to confirm these.
